Economics .. Maam.. Every country clings to one source of income.. develops metros.. gathers money and then pumps them to rural areas.
I guess.. we are exaggeratin.. and over expectin.. India .. has jus started to grow in the last 5 years.. Wait for things to change..

me will echo bharath's viewpoint... india is well on its way to glory.. things are getting better even in the rural areas.. no one can deny tht :)
but having said that, things can certainly improve at a faster rate.. lets us all hope for the best !
